F+U Ludwigshafen is a branch of the F+U Rhein-Neckar Gemeinnützige Bildungseinrichtung gGmbH. (non-profit-making educational institution) in Heidelberg.
The School is located directly by the tram stop at no. 21,  Kaiser-Wilhelm-Straße, near the hub of the town's public transport system, and right on the edge of the pedestrian area with its countless shopping opportunities and peaceful  back yards.
Ludwigshafen, originally built as a military fortified outpost to protect the Mannheim fortress on the right bank of the Rhine, became a town in its own right in the mid-19th C. Many objects of interest from former times are still to be seen. Today, Ludwigshafen is known as the home town of the chemical industry, but it also offers a wealth of cultural activities.
F+U Ludwigshafen has been in existence since 1998. We arrange a variety of study courses in the fields of tourism, languages, gastronomy and commerce. The focal point of our School and the meeting point for students, trainees and employees is our in-house training restaurant, attached to our training catering kitchen, excellently equipped for gastronomic training courses.
