 The Gotha branch of F+U Thüringen is based in one of the most interesting of the historic Residence cities of the Electors in Central Germany. In this town, steeped in tradition and the meeting point between the Forest and the Vale of Thuringia , the School, started in 1990, has developed today into a modern , efficient educational centre with 38 full-time teachers. In 1999 the facilities were brought up to date by extensive building reforms and purchases to ensure the best possible occupational preparation and training for the 300 course participants. • Chef (CCI)Our range of courses: At present we are approved by the Chamber of Trades and Crafts (CTC), the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and the Federal State Administrative Office (FSAO) to teach the following courses: • Catering Specialist (CCI) • Restaurant Supervisor (CCI) • Hotel Supervisor (CCI) • Assistant Chef (CCI) • Salesman/woman (CCI) • Specialist in the Retail Trade (CCI) • Storeman (CCI) • Housekeeper (FSAO) • Assistant Housekeeper (FSAO) • Gardener for Gardening and Landscaping (FSAO) • Garden labourer (FSAO) • Florist (CCI) • Hairdresser (CTC) For further information, apply to your local State Employment Office The following special courses will be available from March:
