A well founded initial education is the basis for a future career. In addition to the in-company training, the external training at our establishments has become an important factor in professional education. Young people with learning difficulties or social disadvantages are assisted in passing exams for recognised trained careers. We also provide assistance if drastic operational changes (e.g. insolvency) threaten the training.

The more complex  our environment becomes, so must the vocational training be ever more comprehensively designed. In addition to knowledge, we also train and strengthen creative, artistic and motor abilities. The close and trusting cooperation between the students and the (social-) educational staff is important to us in achieving this.

Ever since our firm came into existence, we have fostered contact with businesses, chambers and employment agencies and use these as placements in corporate training or job positions.
