Key components of our international activities and projects are management seminars for specialist and leading staff from the central and eastern European states of the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Russia. These are carried out on behalf of and in cooperation with government agencies, organisations, associations and economic policy makers. Within this context, the F+U Saxony Ltd has cooperated with the automobile associations of Hungary and Slovakia. These further training seminars have been carried out on behalf of Saxony's Ministry for Economy and Employment, and as part of Saxony's economy promotion. Partner: Hotel management and tourism college - Usti nad Labem/ Czech Republic Project title: EuroGuest - Further training for gastronomy specialist and management staff Short description: Under the remit of this educational programme, executive and leading personnel from gastronomy establishments in the Euroregion Erzgebirge are equipped with specialist and language skills. These skills are taught in modular form and applied to the traditional cultural area. In the broader perspective, the project contributes to the development of internationally applicable training content; additionally, it helps develop the gastronomic, cultural heritage of the Saxony-Bohemia partnership. The parallel project of the Czech partner in Usti nad Labem: "Supporting the development of tourist travel and gastronomy in the Euroregion Labe/ Elbe." EQUAL 2002-2005 XB4-76051-20/SN/11 The F+U charitable Training Institute for Rehabilitation Saxony Ltd is among the project partners in the developmental partnership "Integration Chemnitz". Our strategies and activities are: "A practical basis for the didactic and content structuring of training and adjustment, according to men and women's individual career paths, through qualified skills analysis and competence development to include international experience. Removing barriers to employment in small and medium size enterprises; improving equal opportunities through job-related qualifications; building exemplary relationships with SMEs; with the goal of developing the level of practical experience for people with disabilities, in education and further training, to the extent that employment is actively promoted. Target group(s) Young people and adults with disabilities and disadvantages who are in training and adjustment.
