 Visit for German entrepreneurs with the aim of opening up new markets in Kanton Senzhen in the province of Guandong from 26 March to 2 April 2004.
The province of Gunangdong is a thriving business region and borders the financially established areas of Hong Kong and Macao. These two provinces have special status within the state of China. During the visit the delegates will take part in enterprise meetings, workshops and corporate visits in Canton and Shenzhen. The main industries in the region are electricity generation, construction, manufacture of building materials, wood, furniture manufacture, iron and steel. The automotive industry is also developing.
